Certification, Compliance, and Claim Boundaries for Compressor Buyers
Certification language must be tied to the exact model and project. Jiebao can share ISO system documents and CE files for covered models, but North America, Middle East, explosion-protection, sensitive-country, and special clean-air claims must be reviewed before they are promised.
Quick answer
Public content may say that ISO is available as a company management-system document and that CE has partial model coverage for conventional screw compressors, piston compressors, and oil-free compressors. Public content must not say every model has CE. For Class 0, the wording must be limited to corresponding certified oil-free models with matching certificate review.
CE and ISO
CE files can be shared for covered models, but the exact model must be checked before the certificate is sent or referenced. ISO can be described as a company system document. ISO should not be used as a substitute for product certification, and CE should not be claimed for uncovered models.
North America projects
ASME, UL, ETL, and DOE questions require project review. The website should teach buyers to confirm model, package scope, pressure vessel, electrical expectation, energy-rule coverage, and importer responsibility. It should not promise North America acceptance before the project documents are checked.
Middle East and explosion-protection projects
SASO and SABER for Saudi or Middle East projects require review before commitment. ATEX and IECEx should be handled as project requirements for mining, chemical, or classified-area use, not as public blanket claims.
Clean-air and special-industry claims
Class 0 may only be discussed for corresponding certified oil-free models. Food, medical, and semiconductor clean-air projects must be reviewed by model, certificate, air-treatment scope, and whether air directly contacts a sensitive medium. Do not broaden these claims beyond the document set.
Export restrictions and sensitive countries
Sensitive-country and restricted-use inquiries require screening against applicable export-control and sanctions requirements. Public copy must not imply third-country transshipment, policy evasion, or a workaround for restricted destinations.
FAQ
Can every Jiebao compressor be described as CE covered?
No. CE coverage is partial and must be checked by exact model before the certificate is shared or referenced.
When can Class 0 be mentioned?
Only when the buyer is discussing a corresponding certified oil-free model and the matching model certificate is reviewed.
