Oil-free and clean auxiliary air range

Best fit: this range is for customers who need cleaner auxiliary compressed air in small-flow applications, maintenance rooms, labs, workshops, packaging benches, and equipment stations where oil carryover creates risk or extra cleanup. The line includes compact oil-free units, belt-driven oil-free compressors, and oil-free pump heads that are easier to install around smaller demand points than a full central compressor room.

Not ideal: these products should not be presented as a large Class 0 central plant solution. They are not the right first choice for high-flow factory networks, heavy continuous air demand, or processes that require certified oil-free air quality without a properly engineered dryer, filtration, receiver, and monitoring system. When the site needs all-shift plant air, compare the load with screw packages and complete air-treatment equipment.

FAQ: oil-free means the compression design avoids oil in the compression chamber, but air quality still depends on intake air, moisture control, filtration, piping, and service practice. For selection, confirm the required flow, working pressure, allowed noise level, daily runtime, voltage, tank requirement, moisture treatment, and whether the air is used for tools, instruments, packaging, or a sensitive process.
