Vacuum pump range
Best fit: vacuum pumps support packaging, suction, conveying, automation, material handling, and general process duties where the customer needs negative pressure rather than compressed air. They are selected by vacuum level, pumping speed, process gas, inlet size, and duty cycle. For distributors, this line is useful when customers already buy compressors but also need vacuum equipment for production handling or packaging stations.
Not ideal: vacuum pumps are not compressed-air machines and should not be compared by compressor pressure or motor power alone. They are not a direct substitute for blowers, pneumatic air supply, or instrument air. If the process involves corrosive gas, high moisture, explosive atmosphere, high temperature, or strict contamination control, the pump type and accessories must be checked carefully before quotation.
FAQ: vacuum level describes how deep the pump can pull; pumping speed describes how fast the system can move gas from the process. A customer may need moderate vacuum with higher flow, or deeper vacuum with lower flow. Before selection, confirm target vacuum level, pumping speed, process gas, duty time, cooling method, voltage, noise limit, inlet connection, filtration, and maintenance access.
